Every event is invite only. Requesting a spot is not the same as having one.
A host decides who is approved, and does not have to give a reason.
A ticket admits one person and is not transferable. The door checks the name on the list
against the person standing there.
Nobody is admitted after the last entry time shown on the event. This is not negotiable, and it
exists so the event stays calm and the neighbours stay out of it.
Capacity is a hard number. When an event is full, it is full.
Money
Prices are shown before you pay. Paying in advance is cheaper than paying at the door.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
If an event is cancelled, you are refunded in full.
If you are refused entry for breaking the conduct rules below, you are not refunded.
If you simply do not show up, you are not refunded.
Conduct
Do your own thing, but do not wreck anyone's house, street, or night.
Staff can refuse entry or ask anyone to leave at any point, for any reason.
Harassing another guest gets you removed and banned from future events.
Do not bring anyone who is not on the list. The person who vouched for you answers for it.
Hosting an event
If you list an event here, you are responsible for it: the venue, the people you approve, obeying
the law, and anything that happens there. ch1.events provides the guest list and the door tool. It is
not the organiser, the promoter, or the venue of your event.
